The Refer a Friend bonus(es) will be deposited into your nominated bank account within 10 business days after all criteria and qualifications have been fulfilled. Referrals from persons who are not in good standing and their immediate family members are not eligible for the Refer a Friend promotion.

The Oak International Education & Training Services reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any customer participating in the Refer a Friend Scheme and to disqualify anyone from receiving the credit if it is determined that the customer has not complied with the rules of the promotion, and/or has provided false or misleading information about his or her identity. The Oak International Education & Training Services also reserves the right to refuse issuing the $50 bonus to anyone at anytime for reasons that The Oak international Education and Training Services deems relevant. Employees of The Oak International Education and Training Services are not eligible for this promotion.

The Oak International Educational and Training Services Refer A Friend Scheme Does not apply to individuals already known to or are registered with us on the date of the referral.

There are no limits to the number of referrals an individual can make.

The Refer A Friend prize/award will only be awarded if the referred individual is registered and successfully attains a visa and school enrollment in their chosen country. The prize/award will be awarded within 10 days of visa approval and full school enrolment.

No replacements or alternatives will be provided if the student is unsuccessful in obtaining the necessary visa and school enrolment, or if they choose not to proceed with their application with The Oak International Education and Training Services. No monetary alternative is available.

The Refer A Friend Scheme is only available in the country in Australia and Thailand, unless prior approval is negotiated with The Oak International Education and Training Services.

The Oak International Education and Training Services reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate all or part of the terms of the Refer A Friend Scheme at any time without notice.

The Refer A Friend Scheme is operated in accordance with the The Oak International Education and Training Services Privacy Policy. (Further details available on The Oak Education and Training Services website).

The invalidity or unenforceability for any reason of any part of these terms shall not prejudice or affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

To the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law, The Oak International Education and Training Services shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may result from participation in the Refer a Friend Scheme.

These conditions shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales and Australia and parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian Courts.

Part of our service to customers is to protect them. Spam, including unsolicited commercial email, unsolicited bulk email, mass email, and junk email, is a message that advertises goods or services that you send to someone without their prior consent or in the absence of a previous relationship.

The Oak International Education and Training Services referral program is meant to encourage people to introduce the benefits of The Oak International Education and Training Services to their friends who are interested in studying abroad. It is not intended to encourage spam. Anyone who is found to have spammed other Internet users will lose their Refer a Friend program privileges. Should your privileges be revoked, any referral credits that you have acquired will be confiscated and no longer be paid.
